Nearly 50 villagers dead, Turkish airforces night raid
Local activists and residents of Şirnak province have claimed that 50 villagers fled for their safety, when Turkish F-16′s started a night raid. Nearly 50 people have been killed, and many others injured.

Residents have been unable to see the extent of the injuries, or reach
those injured due to the darkness, and lack of electricity in the
region. Our sources tell us that Salih Encu, M. Ali Tosun and Yuksel
Urek are among those killed.
BDP (Peace and Democracy Party) mayor in Sirnex is on the scene, and
is trying to get medical attention to those injured. Mayor Baki Sondak
has not made a statement about the bombardment in his province
