Blast in Halkalı: 5 dead
Explosion occured during a military vehicle was passing through Istanbul, Halkalı. 5 people found dead, 4 of them were soldiers. 14 people are injured.
Deadly blast happened at 7:30 A.M when the military bus was passing through Halkalı to TEM Highway. The cluster bomb was placed along roadside and exploded through a remote control.
Soldiers Bekir Çelik, Çağlar Bölükbaşı, Uğur Ekiz and a 17 year old girl Buse Sarıyer died during the explosion. It’s reported that 14 people are injured.
